Frequently Asked Questions

Shorts are required for activities like Coasteering, River Swims, and Gorge Walking to protect the bottom area of the wetsuit when you slide on rocks. It helps our gear last longer!
Yes. However, please bring a spare pair just in case they wash out. For glasses, we usually recommend securing them with a strap or tape to ensure they don't come off during water activities.
It is preferred that you can swim at least 50m, but it is not a strict necessity. We provide buoyancy aids which keep you afloat at all times.
Our Instructors are trained to deal with various situations. We can easily accommodate people with diabetes, asthma, mild epilepsy, autism, and more. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare. If you need a waterproof container for medication, just ask.
Yes! You are going to get wet anyway during water activities. Climbing is our most weather-dependent activity, but for everything else, a bit of Welsh rain adds to the adventure. If sea conditions are stormy, we have backup locations available.
Yes. We have a wide range of sizes for all our equipment (wetsuits, helmets, buoyancy aids). Before you head out, our Instructors will ensure everything fits correctly.
Yes, but for activities like Coasteering you would need to remove them (or wear them around your neck) for the jumps to prevent injury.
We often use remote adventure sites to give you the best experience, so amenities may be limited. Some sites have toilets and cafes nearby, others are wild. Contact us for specific details on your chosen location.
