About Our Locations

Dinas Rock (Neath)

In the 19th Century, this area was a Gunpowder Works supplying ammunition for the coalfields of South Wales. The thick deep woodlands and tumbling water made it the ideal location for such an industry.

During a Gorge Walk here, you are scaling waterfalls that were once used to produce power for the works, and you might even see remains of old ammunition structures. It's a history lesson combined with an adventure!

Mid Wales

This is a great venue for those staying along the coast of Cardigan Bay. It offers a stunning gorge running through the Welsh countryside in a quiet, remote area.

It offers the chance for a wonderful exploration in a location that feels forgotten by time—perfect for getting away from the crowds.

Education: Our sites are ecologically important. Your guide can show you the social and natural history of the location, making this an excellent alternative Geography Field Trip.
