Coasteering in West Wales

The Ultimate Coastal Adventure

From adrenaline-filled cliff jumping to immersive nature exploration.

What is Coasteering?

Coasteering is a mixture of swimming, climbing, and scrambling around the coastline to gain access to inlets, caves, and coves that are otherwise inaccessible.

To add to the fun, we throw in jumps that will make you shudder and play in natural features like the "Washing Machine" to really get the adrenaline pumping. Along the way, keep your eyes open for local wildlife—from seals and dolphins to rare sea birds.

Swimming Ability: None required! The equipment keeps you floating. Just let us know if you are nervous. There will be times where you will be 20m from land.
Adverse Conditions: We operate in the rain. If the sea is too rough, we will move to a more sheltered venue or offer a different activity for your safety.

Family Coasteering

Perfect for ages 8+. The jumps are a little lower and the swims shorter, but the fun is just as big. You don't need a child to join in—anyone who wants a more relaxed pace can book these sessions.

We explore locations like the "Witches' Cauldron" and tranquil Aberporth.

Common Questions

Rough seas can make coasteering more fun! However, if it is unsafe, we will move to a more sheltered location or offer an alternative activity. Safety is our priority.
Contacts: Yes, many people do, but there is a risk of them washing out.
Glasses: Must have a secure leash/strap. If they are vital for driving home, we recommend not wearing them in the sea as we cannot be liable for loss or damage.
All our coasteering routes are circular or loop back, so you finish very close to where you started/parked.
Our wetsuits are made of Neoprene (synthetic rubber). We clean them with professional disinfectant that is non-toxic, biodegradable, and free from harmful phenols/alcohols.
