From sea cliffs looking out at dolphins to lush green woodland crags.
Our Climbing sessions are ideal for everyone, whether you're looking for your very first outdoor rock climbing experience or looking to improve your skills.
Climbing: We supply the equipment and a skilled Instructor to coach you. Routes are set in ascending difficulty, making it a great confidence builder for all ages.
Abseiling: While climbers use abseiling to get down, we treat it as an exhilarating activity in itself! We run sessions throughout South & West Wales.

A sheltered, green environment perfect for beginners and families.
Climbing on a dramatic coastal cliff close to St Davids in Pembrokeshire.
Stunning sea views. Please bring a spare layer as it can be breezy!
Weather: If the weather is not looking favorable to make a safe session, we will adapt the session or change to an alternative session / location.
Rain: We can still do the session in the rain! However, some rock types become slippery, so we may move to a venue that dries quickly or stays sheltered.

St David's Head (Pembrokeshire): Our coastal location, just a few miles from the beautiful city of St David's. The crag overlooks the Irish Sea at the furthest point West in Wales. On a clear day, you can see for miles. You meet at Whitesands Beach car park—why not tie in a Surf Session for a full day out?
Llandysul (Inland): You'll be climbing at "Captain Kids" crag, surrounded by forest with the River Teifi flowing close by. Being so close to the river, we can easily offer Kayaking or Tubing to make it a full activity day.
We can also run climbing in other locations across South and West Wales—just drop us a message.
