The Experience

Our Climbing sessions are ideal for everyone, whether you're looking for your very first outdoor rock climbing experience or looking to improve your skills.

Climbing: We supply the equipment and a skilled Instructor to coach you. Routes are set in ascending difficulty, making it a great confidence builder for all ages.

Abseiling: While climbers use abseiling to get down, we treat it as an exhilarating activity in itself! We run sessions throughout South & West Wales.

Our Locations

St David's Head (Pembrokeshire): Our coastal location, just a few miles from the beautiful city of St David's. The crag overlooks the Irish Sea at the furthest point West in Wales. On a clear day, you can see for miles. You meet at Whitesands Beach car park—why not tie in a Surf Session for a full day out?

Llandysul (Inland): You'll be climbing at "Captain Kids" crag, surrounded by forest with the River Teifi flowing close by. Being so close to the river, we can easily offer Kayaking or Tubing to make it a full activity day.

We can also run climbing in other locations across South and West Wales—just drop us a message.

Common Questions

Yes - it's just water! Many venues dry quickly. However, if heavy rain is forecast, we will contact you to arrange either another time or a different activity so you aren't disappointed.
Yes, but it is best to have a leash attached. If they fall off or get broken we cannot be held responsible. If they are vital for your driving, think wisely before climbing with them.
You meet your Instructor, get briefed, and kit up. You may help carry kit to the crag. The Instructor sets up the ropes (takes a short while). You are taught how to belay (hold the rope) and basic movement skills, then you climb!
