NB. Dry sessions are run a distance away from any vehicles, so it is good to be prepared in case of any 'weather changes'

Why do I need shorts as well as swimwear?

Shorts are required for activities like Coasteering, River Swims and Gorge Walking to protect the bottom area of the wetsuit when people slide on their bottoms.

Can we change our Activities?

Yes, you would just need to let us know in advance, and the more notice you give us the more flexible we can be.

How many nights can we stay for?

It's totally up to you - just give us your time frame and we can make a programme for you.

What Facilities do you have?

We most often use remote sites with very few amenities, and each activity site is unique - some have toilets nearby and others have a cafe nearby; contact us for more info.

Can I wear contact lenses or glasses?

Yes, but make sure you have a spare pair though as they do sometimes come off/wash out. We usually tape glasses so they are less likely to come off.

Do your sites have 'disabled access'?

Yes - contact us to find which of our sites offer 'disabled access'.

What group sizes can you accommodate?

We can provide accommodation and activities for groups ranging in size, from 1 person to 150 people.

Do we need to be able to swim?

It is preferred that you can swim at least 50m, but it's not a necessity.

Do we need to provide our own wetsuits?

No - for all of our activities we provide all the specialist equipment that your group will need. A full kit list will be provided during booking.

Do you have equipment to fit all sizes?

Yes - we have a wide range of sizes in all of our equipment. Before you head out on your activities our Instructors will ensure that all equipment fits correctly and they'll make any necessary changes.

Can I get lunch at the Activity site?

We advise you to bring a Packed Lunch if you are doing a full day with us. For half-days your Instructor can direct you to the nearest town for pubs/restaurants/cafes.

What if I have a medical condition?

Our Instructors are trained to deal with different situations, so we can easily accommodate people with diabeties, asthma, mild epilepsy, autism and more. Please contact us for more info. If you require a waterproof container to bring medication please let us know in advance.

Can I bring swimming goggles?

Yes, but for activities like Coasteering you would need to remove them for the jumps.

Can we do the Activity in the rain?

Yes - all water activites can be done in the rain. Climbing is our most 'weather dependant' Activity.

What if the weather/sea is stormy?

If sea conditions are too rough to venture out we have back-up locations close to the venue and secondary back-up locations a little further away.
