Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Walking Expeditions

Completing an assessment by foot is highly rewarding. During the process of 'training through to assessment' you will learn many skills which will set you up for life.

We provide a high level of training throughout the process and all of our staff are qualified Mountain Leaders and DofE Assessors, holding a First Aid qualification, and are CRB-checked.

During the training stage we are happy to travel to Schools to provide training on site where we can teach camp craft and the basics of navigation to help keep the costs down. We would then head into local areas where appropriate to continue Map Work and Navigation prior to Expedition.

Locations for the Expedition can be anywhere you choose - we are happy to travel around, so if you would like training in England and a practice in Wales with the assessment in Scotland we will be happy to do this with you.

If you have thoughts in mind or are open to suggestions give us a call and we can discuss your needs with you.
